Irritated

I was phoned yesterday 22/08_2022 regarding my account and they asked me security questions and I failed the guy told me he's going to ask his team leader to reset my profile and the team Leader phoned and he said the consultant is going to call me . It's the 23_08/2023 @ 11:50 he hasn't done that
