Irreversible ******* debit order on my account

I'm highly disappointed with ABSA. Went to the Westgate branch today to reverse an ******* debit order (with reference: RESAHOSTIN) on my account and I was told they couldn't assist with the reversal. So entities can just come into my account and collect funds as they please???! If my money isn't safe with ABSA should I still be banking with you then??.. Now, I'm charged for every rejected debit order and this particular debit went off with no funds in my account (because..... I wasn't expecting it) and next thing I can't even reverse the debit.... I'm wondering if this is not an internal **** to enrich the bank. I will be exploring my legal options.
