Inward Transfer of Forex

My son who is living/working in the UK is the joint holder with me of an ABSA bond account. He transfers his share of the bond repayment to this account monthly. A settlement/conversion instruction was processed at least 5 years ago to facilitate the receipt of these funds. Then, out of the blue, on 25 October an email notification was received from ABSA indicating that such an instruction was not in place. I visited ABSA Vredenburg and duly completed another instruction... now he has received the same notification for his November payment. ABSA holds the bond and therefore should be able to see that my son's name is on it. COME ON ABSA! You could do better than this!
