Inward Funds transfer

Our money got lost inside the bank,we received international payment of which we where notified by absa ad aubmitted all the documents so that the funds can be released into our bank.Looks like ***** is being committed right inside the bank as the reference number we where given by absa now we are told it belong to someone else.We tried calling,going into the bank but no help from absa we are forever told that the matter is being escalated.The bank suspect ***** but i must be able to trust my bank,if absa is hiring people who will take our money absa must pay.Its back to school im stressed please help me make absa pay our money.The funds where international inwards transfer,suspicions reference number given to us is PET***2.
