Investment gone wrong. Absa sold me lies

I invested R6000 for six months with interest rate of 5.07% how funny that absa payed me R13 interest. second payment of R74 was made on 25 jully. my investment is about to expire in two months and i never received any money. Is it possible to invest this amount and be paid 13rand. Got another one of 2000rands that is gonna mature in December I'm sure yu guys gonna pay me 10rands. Kindly investigate this matter is seems like my favorite bank is going south and fasle promises. and this is last time I'm envesting my money with you. After 14years of banking with you. Is this how you treat me I'm done I wasted enough time have to find a better bank that will treat me the way I deserve to be. I invested this money to help me settle my daughters school fees now that yu sold me lies. I can't pay my daughters school fees it pains as a single mother.
