Internet tranfer

I made a internet transfer from my ABSA account on the 7th of April and I contacted the bank to find out when the money will show in the recipients account and ABSA confirmed that it will show the next day. It is now more than a week later and the money is still not showing in the recipients account. I dealt with Mel at the ABSA Durbanville branch over the phone as well as at the branch. She keeps on telling me that the money will show the next day but still nothing. She is now not able to tell me where the money is at this point. The money is out of my account but still not showing in the transferred account.<br>
