Internet ***** and Offering 50% as a pay back

Hi! I recently had a case of ***** on my internet banking. I was sim swapped by Vodacom who said it was done **********ly on their side and the ********* hacked into my bank account and cleaned my account of R56000.00. The incident took place in march and I have had such a hassle to get feedback on this case. Eventually they came back to me to say that they did recover R11000 which was refunded into my account. The balance of the money apparently was declined as my banking pin was used. As goodwill they now wanting to offer me 50% pay back of my balance R45000. This is ridiculous as three people have been arrested for my case. Now I am wondering is this a ABSA **** to swindle clients for half of the money. There is so much ***** and now they making it out as though I have given out my pin nu,ber which is ridiculous. Why would I want my money to be taken away when I work so hard for it and to be hassled the way I am now. As for their *****line number is a waste of time. You phone and hold for 15-20 minutes without any one answering and this went on for a month. I had to eventual contact the action *****line to get hold of the investigator for my case. They have given me 7 working days to accept their offer or they decline if I haven't accepted within 7 days.
