Internet ***** - Absa *****ing Money.

K C CULVERWELL : ABSA INTERNET BANKING ***** CASE : ASZA- 1 ********** 6

URGENT HELP NEEDED WITH THIS CASE PLEASE;

I was a victim of ***** on 7th December 2017.

I have recently been a victim of internet banking crime. On the 7th of December 2017 my bank account got hacked and a large sum of money was taken out. On the day the ***** department called me, and asked if I was transferring money – I said NO as I was in a coffee shop having coffee. The lady (Buthelezi, Sengikhulile: Absa ********** ) immediately froze my account. I immediately went to my Absa branch Pavilion, where Ayanda helped me with the necessary Absa ***** documents and my affidavit, and she showed me the ABSA ACCOUNT that my money was transferred to, and the persons ID document and said to me that the account was frozen.

Absa bank ***** have investigated the claim ( ASZA-1 ********** 6) and without producing any proof, what’s so ever- rejected my claim saying that I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF A CRIME and that I was responsible that the money was swiped out of the account – with no proof of that either. When I questioned them about my money and the frozen Absa account - They ( Elson Mashaba ) said they had swiped the money out of that account that Ayanda and I saw it in the account when it was pending?? I would like to know how that ‘ pending ‘ money left that account if it was frozen? As far as I am concerned – I did not authorise anyone to take money out of my account and I have the right to get my money transferred back to me.

ABSA BANK – The help and support since – “ I have been a victim of a crime “- in their Institution , has been none existence. I have been treated as if I was the ******** and have come to realise that ABSA are the ********* and that they have a massive flaw in their system and will not admit it. It is an Institution I don’t want to be part of any more.

None of my questions or letters have been answered or rep**** to and ignored. Letters have been sent to a Sharon ********** at the ***** department and she has never responded to them?

This is not good enough. I feel the case has been dealt with in a way that they are closing on the 20th of December for the Christmas holidays and must close as many cases that they can ….so ABSA send out the letters to everyone and hopefully they will disappear – and the ones that respond we will attend to in the new year.

I will not let this go and will not give up until I have received my money back.
