<p>My internet banking was hacked and I have been trying to contact the "person" dealing with my case but for more than a week I have been unable to get hold of the person, I have sent e-mails which I also do not get any answers on. The amount of money taken might not be a lot to some people but when you don't have any other resources and that is the only money you as a mother has it becomes a problem when nobody at ABSA want to assist with the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really dissappointed with service received and I will think twice about doing business with them in the future.</p>

I need to know what is happening with my matter. this is now becoming urgent. if the ABSA staff dealing with my case have money to through around that is their problem... I don't I am a mother of two teenagers and need my money.....

Sharon who is a manager does not respond either and that is really not on. All I want is my money and no one at ABSA seems to give a damn.
Please give me contact details of someone who wants to work at ABSA that they might be able to help me with my problem. Alternativly I will have to go to the news papers and ombudsman with this as you do not seem to be bothered.
