Reference Number ********** Money was ****** from my ABSA account vie Internet ***** a total amount of R 36800.00 was ****** from me - ABSA recovered a total amount of R 20499.86 was paid back by ABSA - how could they recover a part of the money but not the full amount as the money was moved into another ABSA account - I am not happy with the outcome of this investigation and would appreciate it if ABSA can answer why only a part of the money was refunded?
