Internet Bankink Absa

I have tried now for over a week to get the Absa Internet banking department to assist me to link a new credit card. I have been promised feedback and assistance - but needles to say not report back and the issue still stands. the issue on the system when I try linking reads "card has Combi Prohibitives" Not even the agent Bongi Mabaso could solve the problem and Bongi told me that someone will contact me. most of emails are going unanswered - Did not expect this from a bank I have been dealing with for so long. Maybe a wake up call for me to move banks!1
