Internet banking suspended again !

Please can someone tell me how your account gets suspended if there is money in there and use it for your salalry to get paid in. Yet again my internet banking was suspended without notification and best of all there was and is money in my account I cant take off everytime Absa thinks they can suspend my account and then i need to go reset my internet banking by a branch , please can my internet banking be re-instated a.s.a.p so that when i need to do my transfers for my childs school and all my other accounts and i dont fall behind , otherwise i will close my account and go take my business elsewere , so please be so kind ad do the job correctly .
