Internet banking fees and service only for the rich
I reported a problem with the way ABSA internet banking is disconnected when there is not enough money in the account to cover the internet banking cost (+-R200) although the account is used to keep my salary (+-R39,000) save for 24 hours before I start using internet banking to redistribute the funds and for a debit order or 3...The problem I have is that in December I have been to the branch ever second day to have it reconnected and the next day it is off again...because I don't transfer the money from my credit card back to my savings account in time. I received feedback via email to please supply them with my account number although they have my full name and cell no.. Please phone me to discuss this because I have had R16,000 in that account since 13 December and my internet service is still off. The problem is not with my account as such but with the principal of cutting my service on 26 November by an automated process and not been able to switch it on by an automated process when the funds are available and me having to go to the branch to activate it again to be switched of immediately if the funds are not there in the time you allow. Go learn from Capitec! I am over 60 and uses crutches to make my a painful effort to meet your requirements.. for 6 times in December without joy.. Shame on you! I opened my original account at Volkskas in 1976.. now I am less than a number to you...
