Internet banking fee

My bank fees (bundle) goes off on the 15th of each month.Yet,every month on the 1st there is an internet banking fee also going off.This month it was R460!!!Shouldn't it be included in my bundle.I want an explanation for these charges.I've been with absa for many years,but I am fed up.Don't bull**** people into taking bundles and then add all kinds of hidden fees.
