Internet Banking Errors (FICA)

Hi,<br> <br> I tried to add a new account via internet banking. The FICA requirements pop up. I update all the necessary details. Then try again to open new account. Still complains FICA. Finally I notice that the application used by ABSA drops the leading ZERO form the SARS reference number. And it keeps validating that the SARS number must be 10 NUMBERS, But it saves it as 9 DIGITS, dropping the leading ZERO.<br> I messaged ABSA internet banking via there website, emailed them. Received no response that they even seen my complaint.<br> <br> NOW, I am paying for something I cannot use. They must do better debugging with their developers before unleashing sub standard applications to the public.
