Internet Banking Blocked !!!!@@@!!@@

Probably the worst bank in south afirca. My internert banking has been blocked 6 times in the 2 months. Then I get a call from a number when you pick up nobody answers when i phone this number I get the voice prompt that stated that the number does not excist!!!!!!!@! Then to make matters worse I have to request time off from work to visit the branch waste money on the ever increasing price of petrol for the staff to unblock my account. then when I get home at night and try to do banking then suprise suprise blocked again!!!!!!!@@@!~!! Then more money is wasted by phoning the ***** line and wasting my airtime just to be blocked again when I want to do Banking. This is totally Unacceptable!!!!!!!@@@!!! And NO I do not want to visit the branch again or have to phone the ***** line this is wasting more of my money. I want It sorted out!!!!!!!@@@!!!!
