Internet banking and banking app

Absa internet banking was off the whole morning. My tabled gave me problems i need to reset the tabled the only why for absa to reset the tabled is for me to go to a branch and get a code. why do i have internet banking is not to go ta a bank. Now I cant do transactions this morning BLAPSA(blapsa) was of line now no one can give me the code. When i wanted to lay a complaint BLAPSA (absa) coud not even give me a reverence number because BLAPSA (absa) system is off. What is is working at BLAPSA ( absa ) and u call your self a bank
