Internet Banking

I was trying to pay Vodacom through internet banking but was unable due to the fact that if i select absa listed beneficiary and type in Vodacom and select the beneficiary name. Vodacom's account number that is suppose to automatically pull from absa's system only reads unavailable. <br> <br> How is it possible from an absa listed beneficiaries account number to indicate that it is unavailable???
