International refund

Hi HelloPeter, I have a serious challenge with absa bank. I bought clothes on shein and I refunded some clothes I wasn’t happy about. Shein told me it would take 7 days for the money to reflect on my phone. They refunded me money on the 7th of November 2025 and told me the money will take 14 business days to reflect on my phone but it hasn’t. I went to their branches but they couldn’t even help me, they told me to send them an email but they haven’t responded yet. I even went to their other branch because it has been more than 14 days. The money is R 1 158 and it hasn’t reflected yet. I’m really upset
