International Banking Consultant at N1 City...Well Done & Thank You
I recently started working for a UK based company where my salary gets paid into my ABSA account. I had soooooooo much issues with ABSA to release my salary in October 2017 and I had to FICA and and and...So I decided to e-mail a query to ABSA. Desiree Scheepers from ABSA N1 City (Cape Town) assisted me. She phoned me every time I asked her to (I have had it with phoning companies i.e. Telkom etc). Although the query took 12 days to be resolved (I was a bit frustrated), it still had a positive outcome. Desiree responded promptly to all my mails and provided me with all the information. I mentioned to her that I will contact her immediately, should I have any issues going forward, I will contact her directly. Thank you for assisting me, Desiree Scheepers at ABSA N1 City.
