INTERNAL NAEDO DEBIT ORDER CANNOT BE RETURNED BY CUSTOMER

I app**** for a new personal loan which was approved. The old loan was consolidated into the new loan. On the 1st the new personal loans instalment went through my account AND THE OLD PERSONAL LOAN as well??? I phoned the collections call centre and was told that they cant see anything as the old loan account is closed. But she confirmed that she can see the instalment was deducted. ABSA IS THE ONLY BANKING INSTITUTION THAT HAS INTERNAL NAEDO DEBIT ORDERS THAT CANNOT BE REVERSED????? IS THIS EVEN ALLOWED?? I told her that there are other debit orders that need to go off and therefore the money is URGENTLY required. R1942... She told me that she first needs to "trace" the money and it can take up to 7 WORKING DAYS!! Absa is quick to take your money via INTERNAL NAEDO DEBIT ORDER but needs 7 WORKING DAYS TO PAY IT BACK!! Today is day number 3....no feedback....no refund...NOTHING!!
