Internal debit order for Gym Company

I have been battling with Gymcompany for over a year now. I cancelled membership and they are debiting my account. So I kept reversing these debut orders and also stopped them in the APP which lasted for only 4 months. So this month was debited again and I reversed it as usual but was not allowed to stop it. So now on the 25th ABSA processed an internal debit check for Gymcompany so that I won't be able to reverse the amount. My question is who gave ABSA to do this? Is this permitted un terms of law as I don't owe ABSA money for them to process an internal debit order. Can my money be returned as soon as possible and can I get an explanation why ABSA is doing this? Are you supposed to protect customer accounts from *****ulent transactions
