internal credit rating system flawed ,absurd idiots

<p>i have 4 bussiness accounts with absa bank and have been there for many years with companies in all provinces , i have a number of vehicles financed with them and a bond account on one of my houses , since january i have been trying to understand why my i\c (internal credit ) rating is so bad and have been notified today , after 7 months and hundreds of phonecalls later that i have a bad rating because my bond is paid in advance and i have been paying more money towards the vehicles than the installment , so paying everything better than required makes me a doos , this is not acceptable , absa also told me that it is a system fault and can t be rectified , so i cant get a larger overdraft facility because my rating is bad . does this make any sence ?At this stage i am not in overdraft yet but when i get bigger contracts i might need is , only way is going to another bank with all accounts , vereeniging branch have been unable to solve this mistery since January</p>
