Interest rate
I got a Absa platinum credit card for their favourable personalized interest rate. I would like to know how it is possible that Absa just increases my debit interest rate, it went up by a total of 2.75% since January 2015. Looks like the more I owe the more I interest I pay. As far as I know the prime interest rate went up by 0.5%, not 2.75%. Please investigate asap or let me know how you get to the rate so that I can close my account!
