Interest certificates - how many times do I need to ask

<p>Ive been asking for Absa homeloans to send me our interest certificate for the past 3 tax years for the past 2 weeks. I've called and emailed and to date nothing. The one time i called i was put on hold for 25 minutes until i hung up. Then they sent me the incorrect statements of our investment accounts.</p> <p>Please I need the interest certificates for our bond for the past 3 tax years urgently!!! I asked FNB and they were very quick to send these. You are holding me up. </p>
