insurance seized without notification asap

2013 I bought a house and insured by Absa bank. My stove caught fire 09/05/2015.<br> 10/10/2015 was my daughter's birthday she was terrified i called ICAS because she was historical.<br> I phoned HOC to submit the claim since then I have been struggling with HOC. I insisted for an assessor to be sent out to get to the core of the problem as to how and why and what caused the fire in the first place. One of the consultants made mentioned that I should not have insisted for an assessor to come out as they would have replaced my stove but because I insisted more information was unravelled ie. That my whole house installation needs to be redone and my stoves installation was not done properly. HOC seizes my insurance with immediate effect.
