Insurance Sales Consultant

<p>Today I got a call from an insurance sales consultant by the name of Tshepo calling on behakf of ABSA from ********** 697 I just forgot his surname but it starts with M,so the consultant offered me a funeral product for unemployed individuals,he never asked me if I was working or not so the minute I declined the offer then he started making so much noise and telling me how I shouldnt have let him explain the product to me,he didnt even give me a chance to tell him why I was declining the offer instead he was telling me how listening is a s**** ,I pleaded with him on numerous counts to lower his voice as I was speaking softly but he blurrebed futher such behaviour is uncalled for he didnt even disclose his FAIS status to me,if the recording can be pulled out and listened to I am sure ABSA would be just as shocked.</p>
