INSURANCE REAPING US OFF

<p>On 18 May 2017 at about 15h30, i called Absa Insurance because my vehicle insured with them needed to be towed. They called 30min later and told me i needed to pay an additional R684.00 for that assistance. This is shocking because i have had this insurance for almost 5 years and i have only requested for 1 tow from them in this whole time. The painful thing is they are telling me i have 3 tows per year and i requested them to combine 2 tows and assist me they were not willing to do this. Addidtional to that we quote a quotation for the towing in that area and its R850 meaning we have basically paid for the tow.</p>
