insurance not paying

I recently got retrenched from work. So I put in a claim for the insurance to pay my premium in such a case. The lady calls me after 2 weeks later to tell me that my claim was declined because I got retrenched too soon from my job. As though I had a say in this with work. Not only do I have the stress of finding another job so I can provide for my family, but now Absa tells me to make arrangements to pay my loan. I thought the insurance was there to assist in times like this where finance becomes tight. I never missed an installment when I was working and insurance was allocated in the premium. I am ****ed as how I pay for something and when time comes to use it, I get told no. Then why have an insurance in case of a retrenchment when the bank wants us to lose our jobs at their leisure!?!?!<br> I appeal to everyone who reads this post, don't take any Loans with Absa as they find pleasure in charging the interest and insurance onto your premium but its a fight when you need that insurance to kick in. Tell your friends and family.
