INSURANCE FAILING TO PAY OUT MONEY FOR REPAIRING LEAKING ROOF

<p>I went to ABSA bank to let them know that my roof is leaking and that I would like to claim money to repair the roof from the home insurance which I have with ABSA , but they did not even come to see how bad the situation is they just refused to fix it instead they told me I should fix the roof myself they will only pay for the ceiling but I am paying for the insurance every month . I need help ! </p>
