Insurance Complain

"As per telephone discussion please find attached the rejection letter from the insurance stipulating why the claim registered will not be settled or entertained."

From my own point of view i don't see the reason for the insurance to decline my claim as they miss understood my statement.

Yes i came from Polokwane for my business purposes, but i was not using my vehicle i only used my vehicle when i came back from Polokwane, I've switched cars along the road with my brother, below is full detailed report which is from Cartrack showing exatley where my vehicle was on the 26th of January, from the report there is no record which shows that the vehicle was in Polokwane.

Secondly i was not going to Bronkhorstspruit for a business, i was taking my client back to his house as he stays there.

Last but not least, i've been waiting for two weeks now for insurance to send me those voice records/ CDs which proves that i was in Polokwane with my car.Even today i have not received a single record to back up their story.
