Insurance Claim: Rejection Letter - Claim No: ***

I am very much perturbed by ABSA's conclusion regarding the above claim. I bought the house 20 years ago and the reason that they give me that the ceiling was poor workmanship I do not buy it at all because the ceiling has not been put in by myself but the house was bought with the ceilings but today because a claim comes in it is poor workmanship.

How does ABSA operate? Can you please explain to me why didn’t ABSA inspect the ceiling prior to me purchasing the house? Why am I paying insurance that does not cover my claims? The first response was I reported late, the second was three months after the actual damage and now the third is poor workmanship. How do I report before verifying the damage?

I do not accept this letter a all and this is the reason why I always hear that ABSA they are****** but because I have been with the bank for years I did not believe that though there was nothing better I got out of ABSA..
