INSURANCE CLAIM NOT PAID ALMOST TWO MONTHS

I have ABSA takafol insurance and my car was written of on the 28 of FEB 2015 and its +- 40 days later and my claim as not been settled as admin just keeps going on and on and i have to take a bus to work as the insurance i was paying for without a single month defaulting cant do their work on time. now they talking about a further week to sort admin out!!
