insurance claim

Case reference number C-***0 logged insurance claim on 18 feb...still not resolved....what a pathetic client service Absa HOC insurance...still sitting with broken windows n gate

this HOC matter still not resolved by absa...for week now i m sitting with no gate, no windows....Absa have you no mercy for the trauma me n kids went thru...point with guns, held hostage...n watched ********* taking all belongings...7 days still no help...DUSGUSTING BANK SERVICE
