Insurance cancelled but still going off every month

I have requested from ABSA to cancel my Insurance on my Bond as I already have insurance with AF. I first send a email (after waiting forever on the line) the 24/06/2017 to cancel it. Then no response then request for documents. I provided than they needed Alexander Forbes to provide confirmation that no claims was made in this time. and now I am waiting again. Bond went off again with the insurance yesterday. WHAT MUST I DO TO CANCEL THIS ****** INSURANCE????
