INSURANCE ADDED WITHOUT PERMISSION

Absa Bank decided to deduct vehicle insurance from my account along with my monthly vehicle finance installment, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. When contacted, Absa claims that they tried to call me (2 times only) and that they sent a letter and an sms and an email, to ask for proof of insurance, none of which I received. Without my verbal or written consent, they went ahead and deducted the amount anyway. I am OUTRAGED! I've had insurance on my vehicle since I bought it. I have also never missed an installment of my financing. Now I have to wait 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS to get MY MONEY back that they pretty much STOLE from my account. Why can't they refund me as quickly as they deducted the amount? This is ABSURD! And then they wonder why people move to FNB. It's because Absa is USELESS!!!
