insurance absa

I had a claim at absa home insurance one week ago of my garage door who stag after terrible weather.They told me they do have their own service provider ,they gonna give it over to them.I complain after 2 days i never heard of their service provider ,but 2 hours after that the service provider phone me.but they ask me to take some photo"s of my door and they take it from their.the next week they phone me they gonna ask somebody to come and repair the door ,but the service provider they use give him a quote of 2200.00, and i have a excess of 800. The service probider of absa give them a qoute of 9085.00 which i feel is dishonest to absa ,they walk away with more the 7000 in he"s pocket wich is very unfair.I phone absa can i get my own quote the lady told me yes i can ,but after 2 hours she told me my quote has declined,my question is do i dont have a say who i want to use or not.
