Insufficient staff
On the 17th of July I visited the ABSA branch to see customer services at 1 13:45pm . I joined the queue and waited along with other customers for a lengthy period. <br> This was due to there being only 2 staff to assist whereas there were 3 vacant desks. <br> I think the branch should hire enough staff to assist customers instead of making us wait.
