INstruction not adhered to

In November 2015, I visited the Mamelodi Branch in Mahube Plaza and requested for my debit order dates for my bond and personal loan accounts to be changed from the 20th to the 27th. This was duly done on my bond account BUT not on my personal loan account. I was then contacted in December and told that my personal loan account was in arrears as the debit order returned unpaid on the 20th of December. I told them that I had issued an instruction to have it deduct on the 27th. I had to make a transfer payment which I did. Today, I receive another call from Absa telling me that my debit order did not deduct on the 20th. I get paid on the 25th, hence my initial request to have my debit order deduct on the 27th. Now I am being told that I should make another transfer. My apologies but I am not prepared to do that as I do not know the charges I may have to incur due to no fault on my side. My credit profile is also being further damaged due to deductions that you make occur on a day when there is no funds available. MAke a plan because I am not transferring any money that is why I put a debit order instruction in place. Andile Ndlela ***
