Instant payment, Instant loss

I am exhausted and saddened from the last few days. Our bond extension was finally approved and we were expecting an amount of R136 000 to clear in my wife's account on Monday 15 August 2016. When nothing reflected by Wednesday we called the lawyers in charge, Bissett, Boehmke and Mcblain and they told us that the money went into someone else's account. Between the lawyers, Nedbank: the bank who paid the funds and ABSA, the bank with whom my wife has an account with, non of the three will help us. ABSA managed to contact the gentleman who accidentally received the funds and he has not spent a single cent but he will also not co-operate with anyone until a court order is presented to him as he already opened a case once he was aware of the funds in his account. We went to a lawyer who will request the court order on Monday but it will cost us money that we really don't have and it will mean that it could take up to 6 months of court battles until we see the money if we even get it, nevermind what we'll be left with after all the legal fees. I just find it horribly unfair that money we worked hards for, money that we are going to be paying back every month to our bond, was taken away from us in a split second and that all relevant parties involved just keep on passing the buck between themselves. I do not understand how ABSA cannot freeze the funds in the man's account and revert it back to us. It's really really shocking. If anyone has any advice or is able to help in any way, my family and I would really appreciate it. We just want what is ours. Nothing more. Thank you.
