instant loan

Took R3000 on 22/01/2015. R342 was deducted for initiation fee which meant i got R2658.00. payment was due on the 16/02/2015. My balance before this transaction was R4000.00 My balance now is R658.00 therefore R3342.00 was taken,Can someone please explain why double initiation fee is deducted. When i called call center no one could assist me, the reason was they couldnt see any transactions on their side.
