Installment deducted to early Part 2

As per previous report, I have app**** for a loan in November where the arrangements was that the first installment will go off in December only. But the first installment went of end November. After my complaint on Helopeter, the agent who where designated to my complaint, informed me that there are two ways to resolve it. Either refund me one months installment or they will not deduct the next installment. This did not happen. It still went off every month and I was not refunded. I am fed up with ABSA and the promises.
