Insolvent estate : No response from ABSA

Department of Retail Collections Insolvent Estates AUCKLAND PARK JOHANNESBURG I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service I have experienced in my dealings with ABSA. My concerns revolve around a property purchase transaction involving an Insolvent Estate, in which ABSA (Account number ***) is the bond holder.

My offer of R1.9 Million was accepted by ABSA, and I received a formal letter of acceptance, referencing Kevin Ramsander and signed by Manager Daphne Zakri. This letter confirmed my successful offer and, understandably, I proceeded with preparations for the property transition.

To my dismay, I later discovered that ABSA is entertaining another offer submitted by a different party. This revelation has left me both confused and distressed, as it contradicts the previously accepted offer.

Despite numerous attempts to contact ABSA through phone calls and emails to Kevin Ramsander, my communications have consistently been met with silence and a lack of responsiveness. This lack of communication has left me in a state of frustration and anxiety, as I remain uncertain about the status of my property purchase.

I urgently request that ABSA addresses this matter with the gravity it deserves and provides me with the attention and support necessary to resolve this issue promptly. It is crucial that a representative from ABSA's Insolvent Estates service team reaches out to me to clarify the situation and work towards a fair and equitable solution.
