I still did not get any assistance instead a man by the name of Basani Hlungwane who claimed they debited my account because my loan was in arrears which is not true, also my loan is left with only 3 months to finish the balance on it is R8k, the Las question I asked this Basani guy is, say my account was in arrears the balance is R8k why debit R25k from my investment account even, till today, for obvious reasons they don't know what to say, I asked them to compasate me I guess that's what they running away from, will just close all my accounts with them, and make sure everyone in my circle does the same.
