Insane home loan requirements
I've been busy trying to get a further loan on my home loan for the past couple of weeks now and finally they rejected it today due to \affordability". I'm asking for R550k more which will bring my total bond to still under 75% of the property value. The additional R550k loan would cost about R5000 a month extra and between my salary increase effective this month"
