Innovation Group Distribution is part of Absa bank and is the worse warranty insurance company in the country (RSA)

I want report that I have a very bad experience with Innovation Distribution Group, which is part of Absa. My vehicle warranty claim has been rejected based their statement that I was in surplus 9602km on top of my 15000km service threshold. This was communicated over an email. I then received a formal rejection letter stating that I was in a surplus 11102 km on top of 15000 km service threshold. In actual fact the gap between my two services are 14800km, which is below my 15000km threshold. The evidence was communicated to them during the claim process.

It is frustrating to see the inconsistency and unprofessionalism in their rejection letter getting the kilometers wrong on two occasions, and including the wrong mechanic / dealership in email communication.

All evidence submitted dispute their reason for rejection.
