Ink R100 note money from absa atm

On the 1st of October 2020 around 08h30 in the morning i made money withdrawal from absa atm number 13356 Bank in gauteng soweto jabulani mall at absa account holder and got ink R100 note money I haven't got any respond from branch manager by the name of Nonhlanhla please help me
