Injustice by major bank’s incompetence

Good day Sir/Madam

I have a vehicle I purchased via Absa Asset Vehicle Finance (AVAF) in 2015. I was paying the instalment via debit order. I finished paying off the vehicle (to my knowledge) in 2021, as per statements sent to me by ABSA asset and vehichle finance. Pending this I was shocked to learn that Absa had blacklisted me and I now can’t get my child into my desired school of choice. So last week I paid a visit to Absa Alberton branch. There I was given the phone to call around for clarity and sent from pillar to post. Eventually the last call I made was to the repossession branch where I was told that they had been trying to track me down to repossess my car. So I posed a question them as to whether this is how absa operates viz.: They failed to make the last debit of R3000 Then they blamed me for their incompetence Then they started adding interest on my account count which now stands at R9000 Then the handed me over to their legal team without forewarning Then they are seeking me out to repossess my vehicle worth hundreds of thousands for R3000

I am bitterly disappointed with their work ethic and the fact that they refuse to acknowledge that this whole mess was initiated by their incompetence and could not offer me so much as an apology.

Kindly assist me as a matter of urgency with this gross injustice
