Inhuman treatment

<p>My name is Itumeleng Sebigi and I'm using my fiancé bank card he's serving jail time at Johannesburg correctional service, yesterday I went to an ABSA ATM at Dobsonville Elias Motsoaledi road. I withdrew R300 and the ATM did not dispense the money I used the next ATM I got the money and it didn't have the receipt, this morning I went to the ATM to get the mini statement only to find that the first R300 was withdrawn. I called the telephone banking team to do a saswitch query for me they refused I didn't want any info about the account I only wanted for the to log a query for me. I spoke to Millicent and she referred me to Tholakele Mpungose who didn't want to help me....I'm frustrated because I don't know where the money went.</p>
