Inhuman and disgusting ********** financial institution

The worst bank ever to get finance from! I logged a complaint a while back the person who responded only communicates via email their landline number doesn’t go through they haven’t explained anything to me I’ve asked numerous times for them to call me they respond via email they have been postponing the feedback and till today i am paying for a warranty cover that expired in Sep 2019. No one can seem to call me! There’s no number i can call either. Appalling service and daylight ******s.
